To ensure fairness and accuracy in processing refund or replacement claims, customers and resellers are required to provide proper evidence through an unboxing video of the product received. This policy is designed to protect both parties and to verify shipment integrity, product condition, and warranty terms.

To initiate a refund or replacement request, the following guidelines must be strictly followed: Customers should capture an image from the top of the parcel immediately upon receipt, clearly showing the shipping label to verify our shipment. The unboxing video must begin with a 360‑degree view of the sealed parcel to confirm that no tampering has occurred. The unpacking process should be recorded in full, edge to edge, showing all components included in the package to verify that no items are missing. Any physical damage, usage marks, or irregularities must be highlighted in the same video. The video must be a single, continuous, unedited clip to ensure authenticity.

Refunds or replacement claims will only be considered valid if supported by such unboxing video evidence. Without this video, claims for damage, missing items, or tampering cannot be processed. Customers are encouraged to review our sample unboxing video for guidance on proper recording standards.

We humbly request all customers and resellers to comply with these requirements so that we can continue to build strong business relationships and provide reliable service. Refunds will be processed once the claim is verified, subject to our standard terms and conditions.
